Migrating to Wordbloom?

The core resources are the classics - the long trusted works at the core of every good study program and every good study software - but WordBloom uses them in ways never used before to offer you features never before available to the serious scholar.

  • Tri-Lingual Biblical Thesaurus Wordbloom brings the first visual, tri-lingual Biblical thesaurus showing links from every word focused through common definitions to all other English words in the current Bible versions. Root and related words also appear (for example, Strongs “from 3287 and 4312”) in the bloom linked by a hashed line. You have to see it to believe it!
  • Root Words and Basic Ancient Etymology When a Hebrew or Greek definition becomes the focus of study, the Thesaurus displays related English words with related definitions allowing for a second level of immediate language access.
  • Treasury of Scripture Knowledge (TSK) is one of the most comprehensive and incredible topical resources with 18,000+ topical cross references. WordBloom recreated TSK and automatically displays TSK topics related to any search in the Suggestions Box below the Search Box. If a verse becomes the focus of your study, TSK topics related to the verse are automatically displayed in the Cross Reference Area. Now you can search TSK topics electronically.
  • Automatic Interlinear in every version. It took our Incredible Staff a while but we decided to do what no one has done and provide an interlinear resource for every version of the Bible in WordBloom. Using a great research team and new technology, WordBloom automatically displays the English and Greek words for every verse, in every version, all of the time. There is no need to click two and three times and open multiple panes. Every time you click a verse and put it in the middle (focus), the original language and the transliteration are immediately available in the bloom. Just click a word and go.
  • Automatic Englishmen's Search You know how valuable this classic reverse Hebrew and Greek verse lookup is to understanding the meaning of words, as well as to doing great original language topical studies. Students are able to get a quick understanding of any word by taking a particular Strong’s Number and running it back through the Bible to find other locations and ways that the original word was translated in the Bible. WordBloom provides the Englishman’s Search automatically in two ways: 1) original language definitions surround verses whenever they are in the middle. If you click on one of those definitions, it will move to the center focus and the Bibles will list every occurrence of the original language word; 2) when a word is in the middle, and you click a related definition, the original language word will move to the focus and the Bibles will automatically list all occurrences of that word.
  • Automatic Dictionary Resources Strong’s, Vines, and any other dictionary resource included in WordBloom are automatically available for every word in every version of the Bible. In addition, Vines expositions are now (thanks to the WordBloom Scholars Team) linked to all English and original language words that become the focus of the study. No more triple clicks to find a word, definition or thought.
  • Really Powerful Automatic and Advanced Searching WordBloom’s Intelligent Search Technology is always “on” helping you with suggestions, ideas and in some cases linking ideas that you have never seen before. WordBloom Intelligent Search is based upon Thinkmap® technology that allows WordBloom adviser to find the best 50 matches for your search. Intelligent Search Technology finds these matches using complex algorithms and industry standard technologies. Intelligent Search is pretty effective about figuring out your search but Advanced Searching (fuzzy, boolean, proximity, etc.) can be powerful and user-customized.
  • List studies and Reading Text are available in the same window and linked. Click on the word "Jesus" in the King James Version and you will find 1,800+ instances of the word.  WordBloom displays Thesaurus and Dicitionary items in the bloom while listing the verses in which "God" is used (in all active Bible versions) in the left hand Bible panes.
